About me

Hi, I'm Laurence, a certified Personal Trainer with a IAO Level 3 in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training Qualification.

I have a background of playing various sports at a good standard and it was always clear that a really high level of fitness would give me a real competitive edge. After I studied for a degree in sports coaching, I then gained experience both in the UK and Australia, coaching sports teams always emphasising the importance of fitness alongside technique and tactics.

This background in coaching combined with my passion for fitness led to me becoming a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, specialising in One to One coaching of clients initially in the North West of England before moving to London.

My goal is to help individuals of all abilities become the best possible version of themselves both mentally and physically. I do this through tailored programmes and by delivering sessions which achieve real results.

Personal Training Packages

1 Session : £50
3 Sessions : £135
10 Sessions : £400
25 Sessions : £900
Unlimited Monthly Sessions : £500/month

These sessions can be:
1-1
Couple and small groups
New mums and baby

All of these can be done at home or in a gym (if permitted). Other options are local parks such as Bishops Park and Wandsworth Park.

Online Training Packages

6 Week Shred Package

  • An intensive 6 week course for people who want to get back into fitness and shred some weight

  • Will include steps, food plan and some workout plans to be done at home.

12 Week Body Transformation

  • This will be for whole body change, including fat loss, muscle and strength gain over 12 weeks.

  • Will include steps, food plans and workout plans, adjustments will be made as your body changes to keep progressing.

  • Weekly check ins will be done to keep you on track.
